why joint sponsership ? i meet the income requirments
hi, everyone
please help me with the situation........... my husband had interview.but consular told him to get joint sponser. i know i didn't meet the minimum requirements of poverty guidelines .i know it should be 125% above.
so according to USCIS website we can use assets like bank accounts. so i used my saving and checking and CD's all that. so wtever was the difference between my gross income and poverty guidelines. it is a 8 times more. but according to USCIS.GOV. it should be only five times.
i meant to say why consular asked him to get joint sponsership. even my income is enough.
so please someone help me and share you knowledge what should i do now?
