24 Yrs US Permanent Residental want wife of 35 years to get visa, keep getting denial
Good Day,
I need some advise, I am an US Resident of 24 Years, in 2003 i filed for US Immigrant Visa for my wife & she started to live abroad and petition was approved in August 2004 but no further notice was sent. She was advised not to leave to US until she got her green card, which will have taken 1-2yrs again.
But she is the only child and her father got very sick and his doctor sent letter to her saying that he is on his last, she left the USA in November 2004 and shortly after he died , she performed his last rites and then she went to US Embassy to apply for US non immigrant Visa and was deny and every year keep getting deny.
It is 35 years we are married and 24 years we are separated, can my wife get amnesity in US, can someone assist me please. Me and wife just want to be reunited in USA.
