Hi everyone,
I have filed the USA's I-130 for Alien Relative for my son, which is now just awaiting the interview from the US consular office. We called the USCIS and they informed us that, all documents & fees are in place. Now, whenever the date comes up, he will get the Letter with the call for interview.
Question - In the meantime, during this wait period from the US consulate in India, can my son immigrate to Australia? He already has a Australian greencard. I filed the I-130 before he got the Australian Greencard. So, he is still Indian citizen. If he immigrates to Australia, how will that affect his I-130 process. Should USCIS be let known that the beneficiary has immigrated to Australia?
