i have a question plz help .. my mom is a green card holder and living in USA with me and she applied for my brother from my country (india) she applied for them Unmarried Son or Daughter of a Lawful Permanent Resident (F2B) catagory. But currently they lived in uk and doing their higher education there, so my concern is that can they face the USA embassy in UK? or they have to go back to india and face their US embassy in india. and if they can face in UK what is the next procedure i have to take to move the interview in US consulate in UK? FYI am filling DS-230 now for them...plz advice... thanks in advance
