US Immigration Law - Green Card Entry to United State - Passport Expiry
I have won the DV Lottery and received my entry visa to the US a couple of months back.
I must enter to the US by the end of November.
My passport is expiring at the end of February 2013.
When I arrive in the US, must I have at least 6 months left on my passport or that doesn't matter?
When I need to send my documents to receive my Green Card, what sort of documents do I need to send, and again do I need to have 6 months left on my passport at that point or that doesn't matter?
