My Case No.# 2005542003


I, Atiya Zafar,with my two daughters have received Green Card in the month of April 2012. Our Immigration Interview was on 14th October 2011. The Immigration of my spouse and two sons is still under process.

till when can we expect their visas so that they can travel to USA and continue with their studies .


its under process since too long and when we contact VFS or consulate they rarely reply us so will you help us in getting through this process because me and my daughters have to leave my spouse and sons behind

I want to enquire if my sons get married,will their catagory change or will it remain the same.

You son can get married and stay with his wife but when the case is approved your son needs to apply as Single. If he has kids then he can take them a long except his wife but he can get his girlfriend later on easily. If your son put the marriage certificate then your case will be downgraded to F3 which takes longer and you may face a lot of issues such as deceased petitioner and the case will be hard. I have this experience with my case by downgrading to F3 by sending them the marriage certificate and now my dad passed away and I have a hard time now to process my case and the chance is very slim.
