Visa for spouse and children in Libya

My family , spouse and two children, who are Libyan citizen are staying in Libya .
But due to the recent unrest in that country the US embassy is closed.
My family stay over there is not safe for them and they cannot join in the US without visa .
I'm really worried and concerned about their saftey over there .
Is there any DoS special programs for such situations to bring US citizen's family from unsafe regions and countries ?
