Fees Refund

Hi,

Please help me with the situation , One of friend asked me to deposit her visa application fees since she is in US and the MRV fees had to be deposited in INR.

I made an online transfer(NEFT) from my bank account .

The system didn't accept the unique account number or the transaction refarance number, probably because the bank account is held in my name . she had to make another payment through a cash-deposit mode which was accepted.

Kindly help me in getting the NEFT payment refunded .
