emergency help middle name

i m living in saudi.i am an indian.i like to apply for us visiting visa.i did all the part except appointment confirmation.i created account for it anf i paid 45 riyals too.but they want my personal details.in that they ask about middle name.i dont have it.my name rekha surname ndarajan.and fathers name velayudan ndarajan.i dont know what to do.without putting middle name its not moving forward to next step to get conformation.please help.please.please
