Perm Denied and H1B extension in RFE
Hi Guys,
Unfortunately, Perm case have got denied, my employer have sent an appeal (currently it is in pending). My I797 expires this Sep and max-out is June 2014 so I proactively applied for H1B extension under premium process now that got into RFE. What will happen to Perm case?? and H1B extension?? Does some have come across of the same scenario?
I'm sooo worried...
