Help!
My petition to change my status visa from J-1 to F-1 was denied, I did all the proces still being inside of the US, the USCIS approved all the previous documentations they also send me and I-797A but in that last letter the USCIS put this on the denial notification:
"Since you already been granted the F-1 non immigrant status based on a previous filling. It would serve no purpose to approve this notification and accord you the same status. Therefore,the applicant is denied."
I really confused on that part so could someone help me please!!, I'm afraid to do something wrong and the USCIS deny my entrance on the future to the US..
And also I would like to know how to fill out my I-290B?
How long will take to have an answer after that I send my I-290B?
Should I do all the process still inside of the US or is better if I go back to my home country and apply for my F-1 visa?
