Urgent :L1B visa Expired-Having Valid i94 -waht to submit for Parents visa.

Hi Friends,

My L1B visa expired , but i ahve valid i94 til Feb 2016.
Planning to get visa for Parents .

1. What to submit in sponser docs- is expired i797c of L1 or Valid i94 or nothing required?
2. will approved H1B[with out i94] will help ? can we shown or not ?

Please help me , Planning to schedule Inteview date on 5th Dec 2013.
