I have received an email from NVC containing checklist of some corrections for my affidavit of support. My petitioner already done the checklist does he needs to submit again the required documents like the PREVIOUS YEARS ITR, PREVIOUS YEARS W2 and the CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE SPONSOR which he already sent before my affidavit of support was returned for some corrections?

It depends on when the earlier response to the "checklist" was made. If the checklist is for documents that were "initially" submitted, the checkist and those documents may have "crossed" in the mail. Otherwise, you must assume that something was "wrong" with the documents that had been submmitted.

I guess theres no wrong with the documents the problem is the form which the petitioner filled up there are some corrections needed to be change . So does it mean the petitioner only needs to submit the form alone and not the documents anymore?

Ah, that's a familiar complaint. The new I-864 form causes lots of problem: the barcode at the bottom contributes to electronic checking which generates errors for things that an experienced manual check would tolerate; it seems that inexperienced or poorly-trained reviewers are now handling paperwork review at the National Visa enter, and these types of unnecessary exchanges are more common than ever before.

But in answer to your question...every item that was indicated on the Checklist has to be addressed, which may include a new, corrected and signed I-864, and better evidence if the tax and income documents weren't complete.

The petitioner needs to resubmit EXACTLY WHAT was specifically requested in the Checklist correspondence.
