my affidavit of support returned for the
2nd time with some corrections on the part of the sponsor but ive known from my cousin who is the husband of my SPONSOR that she already retired from work. Is her retirement from work can cause problem in preparingy AOS for the 2nd time? is this gonna be a problem on my part as principal immigrant?

Is the NVC wont release a date of my interview until there is a need to change in my affidavit of support? Because its my 2nd time to recd my returned AOS Due for some corrections. are theyre not gonna give me my appointment for interview unless my AOS is ok?

The NVC doesn't schedule an interview appointment until your I-864 and supporting documents meet their edit checking criteria. If you have been asked to resubmit sponsorship documents twice, you are missing something and need to have someone else to review your documents and the NVC error description.

Sometimes when it becomes obvious that the required income and tax-filing history are complete, despite errors on the I-864, the NVC will move the paperwork to the Embassy and tell you to send corrected sponsorship documents to the applicant to take to his interview.

In that case what about my sponsor are they still going to call her or check her coz shes been already retired from work shes only until end of this month what if the NVC schedule my interview next month my sponsor is no longer connected from the company shes working when she give her financial support on me. Is this gonna be a poblem on my part?

The NVC does not normally verify the accuracy of information on sponsorship documents, UNLESS THERE IS SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS, suggesting potential misleading entries. More likely, you could receive a request for more in-depth evidence of income, tax filing, or employment claims.

It is understood by USCIS that people retire and change jobs frequently. So long as she was not retired when she signed the I-864, and that her income and sponsorship ability remain essentially the same after the document leaves her, nobody has done anything wrong.
