    OPT expires -h4-h1

    My OPT expires in July 2014 . I am planning apply for h4 visa in year 2014.

    I have question if I want to apply for h1b in year 2015-2016 , can I still use master quota for H1b . It means like can I have two chances even after my OPT expires?
