work at Usa visa types important

I am (23 years old) from Turkey. I had worked at Fun Foods INC.(food and beverage department) Maine/Usa last 2summers ( J1 work and travel). I graduated January 2014 (chemistry).Also I have experience about food and beverage department at Turkey(3years part time food service 2years full time team leader). Also my boss sent me lots of document things about coming there..

My general manager(boss) wants me to work there this summer too also i want too. But i do not know how i can work at Usa for this summer what type of visa? May you help me ?
