    Apply H1 from India and Come to US on H4 ( Fresh/First Time )

    I am applying for H1 for 2015 and getting married in May and applying for H4 in the month of May as my fiance is currently in US on H1.

    What is the process once I am back to US and if my H1 is approved for 2015 ?
