I have a friend who is a illegal. She been here for couple years now, she went to high school here and got a high school diploma n then a year later went to college for two years. She was not eligible for the dream act because she came to America 2008, is there any possible way different from her getting married she can get some form immigration help?? She is a very ambitious and dedicated person that really would like to finish school but don't have money or help.

Based on the information you provided, your friend has no "petitionable" basis for requesting Permanent Resident status. Just because a foreign national is "in" the U.S. doesn't mean options are readily available for easily obtaining a Green Card.
