Currently working on Full time employment and due to very bad financial situvation in current company and wanted peoples to move to offshore however I am not intersted to go back to India and holding H1B Visa which have validity up to June 2017. So My employer told look for another job and Oct 15 2014 will be my last day in my current company. I have started searching the job and below are my questions. Please help me on this
1) Just want to know about how many days I will stay in US after Oct 15 2014 (Last day of my current employer)
2) If I get a new job and X company file my H1B transfer and receive my Approval Receipt number on Oct 20 2014. So what will be the scenario as between Oct 15 2014 and Oct 20 2014 was not on my H1B. Correct. How to handle this scenario
