hello everybody i need some help,,, please give me some advice,,, i am married to a black american guy,,, we have a 7 years old boy and now we dont know where he is in the philippines, we have a communication last june to july 2014, I know that he is in davao with other girl who live with him.... but now i cant contact him on phone and even i write him on his email, and FB account he never reply,,,, now we dont know where he is i tried to contact all his girlfriend there in davao, his landlady and his US friend but they dont want cooperate on me,,,, please i need your advice,,, i dont know what to do,,,

Your options depend on where you are right now. Are you in the Philippines or the U.S.?
If your husband doesn't want to be found, his friends, girlfriend and landlady will be on his side, not your side, so don't expect any cooperation from them.
My advice, if you are in the U.S., is to make sure you have a car, a job and a place to stay. You have to be independent, because you now know you can't depend on your absent husband to bring rice to the table.
If you are in the Philippines, do you have a Green Card or visa which would allow you to return to the U.S.? If you do, then get back to the U.S. and start being independent where resources are more easily available to you.
If you are in the Philippines, and have no Green Card or U.S. visa, and have lived with your husband in the U.S. previously, you "might" be eligibile to apply as an abused spouse with form I-360.
