L1B to H1B, but existing Employer wants to retain me now?

Hi Fella's,

Question: I landed in US on L1B from Company 'A' almost 3 years before and then I've applied my H1B from Company 'B' in 2014 quota and luckily got approved and received H1B VISA on Nov 4th, 2014. As soon as I received my I797, I've resigned from Company 'A' in order to join Company 'B', but then Company 'A' counter offer me for 'XX' amount with other benefits and they want to retain me.

Now my question is:

1) Is it possible I can transfer my H1B to Company 'A' immediately?
2) Will be there any complications?

Please help me with any additional possibilities......
