I am presently in USA on H4 visa . Company A filed for my H1-B WITHOUT COS subject to 2015 cap and the petition was approved as of October 2014 . We are now proceeding to file a Change Of Status ( H4 to H1 B) as of December 1st ,2014 from Company B.
a. will Company A create a problem because company B doing my change of status
b.How long will the H4 to H1B change of status take to get approved .
b. Should i wait till the COS gets approved to start working for Company B or can i start to work as soon as Change Of Status gets filed and i get a receipt number .
c. Can I work for another Company B without working for Company A using my approved H1 -B notice .
