Below is my scenario:
Am currently working in India and my Fiancée is working in USA. We are planning to apply H1B from India in coming April cap. Our marriage is planned in Jun so we would be able to come only at mid of July. Is it possible to come to US with H4 in July and apply for H1B change of status and start working without going for stamping.
