Hi! I have a question and i really need somebody's advice!
I applied for a asylum in 2011 next year i had an interview with immigration officer and i was rejected! He passed my case to the court and then i had a court next month then the court told me to come back in 2015 august!
Now i married to us citizen in september! A month ago i applied for
I-130 and then i put money order with 420$ and sent it to immigration office!
But they sent i-130 form back to me! It was saying there was not enough amount of money! I'm on deportation proccess! QUESTION IS: do i need to put any other amount of money and send it to them? Cuz somebody told me that i have to put 285$ for I-881 form!! Is that true?
