H1B Approval Notice content strange.

Hi,
I just entered US on a H4 VISA on 31st March 2015 , while on 17th March Company A applied for my H1(NOT on qouta as I was on a H1B before the H4) on 17th March 2015.
The approval Notice that I got states the following confusing lines.

""""""The above petition has been approved for the classification requested. It has been determined that the named worker are not eligible for the change of status.
Even though the named worker are not eligible for the change of status, the may depart the United States and apply for the proper Visa at a consulate abroad."""""


Could any one of you help me out ASAP. I dont wanna join the Company A(They say that its approved and everything's alright) and get deported or something.

Update!!!!!!

So. interesting turn of events.

The Company which filed my H1B revoked the offer. Now I do not know if I am on H1 or H4..... I dont know what to do.

I also got a 797B which asks me to go to New Delhi to get my VISA stamped. I am very confused. Could someone help me. I am very troubled.
