H1B Extension Applied, I 94 Expired , Planning to Apply for H1B Transfer

I am currently with Company 'A' on H1-B and my current I-94 expired on 26th-Dec-14. Company 'A' applied for my H1-B Extension on 14-Oct-14 and received a RFE on 04-Dec-14 and replied to the RFE on 30-jan-2015. I got NOID on Mar 17th 2014, My employer(Company A) replied to the NOID on 13 th April 2015.

Company 'B' is planning to apply for H1-B transfer on 16-April-2015 ( 110 days after I-94 expiry), If H1-B transfer gets approved before Company 'A' H1b Extension petition:

1. Can I get valid I 94 with new transfer petition from Company B?

2. what will happen to Company 'A' Extension petition?
