help from sending email to nvc

hi im pamela from philippines and maybe someone could help me how i can send the nvc email and attach documents coz i did doing that many times when i click the [email protected] it will shows to microsoft outlook and when im done i wanna submit it but even dont know how to send them the email i did. do i have to save it and attach to my yahoomail and email it to there email address or can someone tell me? sorry my english isnt good
