H1B Transfer Joining issues
Hi All
Please help on the below question ASAP hope it might be discussed in other thread but still want to hear...
1. I am currently employed in company A and applied for H1B transfer to company B and i have received the receipt only, but i searched company B for a job because of no immediate position in company A. Now company A has given me a job. Whether i can ignore joining company B.
2. Company B is coming back and saying there are going put in Legal if i am not joining as they have spend some money for the transfer.
3. I heard there is a portal to comment about employee not joining them is that something like that and whether that comment has got some impact for my other future job hunt.
