L1 Visa - eligibility under 50 weeks of employer service
I worked with Bosch from June 18, 2012 to May 31, 2013 (50 weeks). After this period, i resigned for my higher studies and post which i started working in a different company.
Now i have an opportunity to go back to Bosch for a US requirement under L1 visa.
LI visa's criteria says i should be in the service of the employer for a continuous 1 year in the lat 3 years.
Will this be a problem considering i have served 50 weeks of service in the last three years?
Also if i join Bosch now, and club this new work experience with my last 50 weeks with Bosch, can this be considered for the visa process?
