US Business VISA process for handicapped

Hi,

I am processing business VISA for my parents and my dad is physically handicapped. He had lost three fingers in his right hand and one finger cannot be scanned and as of now only one thumb finger can be scanned. I would like to know if there is any additional documents or procedures that is required for fingerprint scanning and VISA interview?
