H1B lottery valid after revocation notice sent
Hi Experts,
Urgent!!!
My case is a bit complicated; please provide your valuable suggestions.
I was selected in H1b lottery system on 2014, that time I was working for a company A. But soon after the lottery came, and before going for interview and visa stamping, I switched to Company B. So my previous employer A revoked the H1b petition since I quit my job. Currently I am working in company B.
1. Should I start filing all over again as a new H1b petition and wait for the lottery again?
2. Can I transfer by previous H1b to current employer B.
3. Is my Lottery still valid
4. Am I eligible for a cap exempt
Also when I checked my ref number in USCIS, the current status says
“On July 23, 2014, we revoked the approval of your case, Receipt Number YYYY YYYY XX, and mailed you a revocation notice”
5.Does this mean my lottery is void?
