how can i bring spouse to usa very fast

hello sir/ madam
i am green card holder from 1 year i get green card by immigration family visa f3 category.
now i will plan to marriage in india. currently i am not married
how can i bring my wife very fast way..
some people told me about that fiancee visa category ? is this faster way...

and if i put regular file then how much time required for visa...to enter in usa
please guide me so i can plan according to time management...
