Hi Mates! Could you please help!!!
I got RFE for my h1 renewal and requested for past 3 years w2's.
I got some downtime intermittently during past 3 years of employment and did not matched the w2 wages with offered salary by employer.
Instead of answering the query, somebody suggested me, to transfer h1 to employer B, as transfer need few pay stubs; meantime my present 1-94 expired about 2 months back.
If I try to transfer my h1 to "employer B", does they renew my h1b without risk?
Could you please suggest that, what is the best way to proceed with!
