Hi,
Currently, I'm on H1 and want to transfer it to H4 but do not have pay stubs as my employer could not get me
project. What is my best way to apply for change of status?
Questions:
1) Shall I apply for COS in US and wait for the reply?
2) What if I receive RFE for pay stubs?
3) Should I leave US and apply for H4 stamping from my home country? If so,
do they ask about my H1B visit and pay stubs?
4) What are the chances to get H4 stamped from Home country?
Pleases experts, I need your opinions.
