Do us embassy gives visa to youngsters easily or not

I am 21 years qualified chartered accountant in india and now i want to appear in cpa exam at usa. I have spent more than 3 lacs rs. For coaching and other expenses. Now somebody tell me that there is less possibilities to obtain us visa for youngsters. Kindly suggest how i improve my chances to get us visa.

can i bring employer recommendation letter in us visa interview because my employer also want that i pass this exam because he have some us clients also and if i pass this exam i got promotion in my company.

MY EMPLOYER ALSO WANT TO PASS THIS EXAM BECAUSE HE HAVE ALSO SOME US CLIENTS. I GOT PROMOTION IF I PASS CPA EXAM. IS IT BENEFICIAL IF I TAKE RECOMMENDATION LETTER FROM MY EMPLOYER WHEN I GO TO US VISA INTERVIEW.
