Help with US transit visa (C1) D-160 form fill up for round trip travel

I am a Nepalese citizen. I am currently residing in South Korea. My travel plan is South Korea -> USA -> Argentina and Argentina -> USA -> South Korea. I need a round trip transit USA visa (C1). I need some help with filling up D-160 form.

1. In Travel Information Section of D-160 form I couldn't find any field where I can provide round trip travel information. How they will provide me a transit visa for round trip.
2. In Travel Information Section of D-160 form I have to provide "Address where you will stay in the US". Since I am only transiting in the airport, how can I provide this information ?
