Apply L1 A Visa If I already have B1
I am Director of Private Limited IT (Information Technology) company in India from last 9 years. I have applied B1 Visa in year 2015 and got the approval from US Embassy and went to USA two times on 2015 and 2017.
I also registered my Same company as LLC in USA in year 2015.
Now I have B1 Visa for 10 years multiple entries. But I want to start the operation of My LLC in USA and for this I required the L1 A Visa.
FYI, I have 25 employees in India and Didn't start any operation in USA LLC till now.
>> I need to know If I am eligible for L1 A category and what is the possibility of getting this Visa?
