While waiting for EAD on L2A

Hi All,

I will be going to the US soon with my husband who has L1A. I understand that EAD for me can be filed as soon as we reach the US (as I have L2).

I need help on following questions:

1. Can I work for a Indian company in US from home (getting Indian salary) while waiting for EAD?

2. If I leave US 1-2 times for a couple of weeks to finish my work assignments in India (again getting Indian salary) while EAD is in process in US, would it harm my EAD in anyways?

Are both 1 & 2 above allowed as per US laws?
