I am an Indian citizen(green card holder) and my husband is an American. I am planing to go back home with my 23 month old baby boy. we applied for his tourist visa with all the required documents last month. Counselor requested more documents including my husband's birth certificate and Grand parents passport copy. I have submitted the copy of the passport too now and now just hoping that everything goes well but only does any body have any idea or if anybody else has been go through the same?

Hi! these days this is common.
have they issued you a 221(g) form?
I myself had faced twice.
first VI - visa was issued after 37 days
second VI - visa issued after 7months
