Passport expires in 11 months, H1 valid for another 2 years, trip to India in 3 month
Hello Friends,
My passport is expiring in 11 months, I have H1 visa valid for next 2 years. I am making a trip to India in 3 months for 2 weeks vacation. If I renew the passport before making the trip to India, should I go for stamping again? I am worried because I do not want the I-94 to be given only till the passport expiry date if I don't renew and make a trip to India in the port of entry. Please help. What is the best option? to renew the passport and travel to India? or renew it once back from India? Thanks for your time and help.
