Hi,
I am residing in Chennai, India. I have a valid INDIAN passport upto 2015 with H1b visa valid till Sep 2013. My spouse (wife) has h4 visa valid till 2013. also her passport is valid until 2015. By Jan 2013 we should be having a baby and I am planning to get him / her the passport & h4 visa processed.
To apply for our baby's passport do we need to get Spouse name inclusion done? If yes, will we be issued new passport with new passport #?
What i heard was that Chennai Offices reject baby's passport application by asking the parents to include themselves as spouse in each of their passport.
