OCI Processing in Houston - Recent experience

Here is the chronological events in the processing. Hope this helps anyone processing OCI thru Houston Consulate. I feel it needs to be speeded up since some of the other consulates in the USA have a faster turn around time.

9/4/12 - Online application completed
9/5/12 - Documents ready to go to Embassy
9/7/12 - Documents sent and received by Embassy
9/12/12 - Pending approval of Govt of India
11/12/12 - OCI card received at the Consulate from Delhi, and waiting for original passport to be sent to Travisa.
11/14/12 - Passport received by Travisa from applicant
11/15/12 - Passport sent from Travisa to Consulate
11/20/12 - Passport and OCI received by Travisa from Consulate
11/20/12 - Passport mailed out to applicant

When I printed the order form, it printed 8 pages but it did not print any bar code to be attached on Fedex package. Is this is a separate page or how to get that application id to be attached to the order form.

02/01/2013 11:44am CST OCI application arrived in the mail at Travisa Outsourcing. Please allow Travisa Outsourcing up to 7 business days before the application status changes. Note that your application will undergo several steps before the status is updated.
02/01/2013 2:15pm CST Application assigned for processing
02/01/2013 3:14pm CST Order form and supporting documents received, payment processed
02/01/2013 3:23pm CST Outsourcing office has received OCI application, but cannot process further. Application is on hold.
02/07/2013 1:09pm CST Travisa Outsourcing has matched up your documents, but additional requirements are needed.
02/07/2013 1:12pm CST Outsourcing office has received OCI application, but cannot process further. Application is on hold.
02/12/2013 11:10am CST Additional documents have been received. It may take several days before further action is displayed.
02/13/2013 3:28pm CST Travisa Outsourcing has matched up your documents, and we are preparing your application to go to the Consulate shortly.
02/13/2013 4:45pm CST Documents prepared to go to Embassy.
