I will be getting my US citizenship early next week. We are residing in India since 1 year now. We used to live in US for 11 years prior to that, hence we applied for citizenship. Right after I get my US passport, I will need a fast way to go back to India. I spoke to travisa and they say PIO will take 15 business days.
Does anyone know how long does it now to get Entry visa?
Should we need an appointment for sure to submit documents to travisa? I will have to submit the form online, which I can do only after I get US passport, as form needs my passport details.
When I submit travisa form and order form, will it give me appointment for the next day itself to drop docs. If not can I just walk in and drop docs?
After we submit the docs, any idea when the visa will be ready to be picked up for Entry visa currently?
In travisa form, for address and permanent address, should I put India residence address or address in US I used to file for US citizenship ( my sisters).
Any help would be appreciated here.
