Hi there how all are doing? Please tell me if I like to apply for my us born baby for PIO what information do they need from parents I lost my indian passport it has been cancelled since I become us citizen so I don't have any Indian documents with me except my original birth certificate that I was born in Mumbai India but my wife still have the Indian passport and also have a green card but my last name and her last name is not same yet but my last name and my baby last name are same so please tell me what information do me and my wife need to send in order to apply for my baby PIO thank I and hope to here from you soon take care.
