Minor PIO Card-Houston: Need Help.

Dear Readers/Friends,
I have recently applied for PIO card for my infant son(less than 1 year old) to Houston Travisa center. After few days I got mail saying applicant's mother visa status is unknown, application is on Hold.
After this I have Fedexed the applicant mother's H-4 visa documents. Today I got mail from travisa with the same alert-
Application is on hold, applicant's mother Visa status missing.

Did anyone else also experience something similar? What are options?

Please contact them and explain that you have already sent that. Provide them tracking number etc.

If it still does not work, send them again.
