Hello All, I applied for PIO card for my baby,but it is on hold due to my H-1B status as it is still being processed by USCIS.Travisa said they can't accept receipt number of H-1B as valid. Is there any other visa I can apply for my baby to go to India? She needs to be there in next month and any advise on alternate ways to obtain Indian Visa? Thanks to all for your time to read the post.

Have you considered Indian Tourist Visa?

Thanks for the reply.I looked into details for Tourist Visa, but they mentioned as to apply for Entry Visa if the applicant has Indian origin. Does entry visa also need H-1B status as like PIO? Any suggestions?
