Help Needed - Alternate Visa for PIO

Hello All,

Thank you for your time to read this. I am in a situation where my baby's PIO application is on hold due to my Visa status. My H-1B and I-94 expired in Jan'13 and I applied for PIO on Feb 1st. Travisa has put my application on hold due to invalid Visa status. Now I got my H-1B approved, but my wife's H-4 petition is still being processed by USCIS. Travisa says both parents must submit approved petitions otherwise they can't process our PIO request. Is there any alternate way to send my baby to India other than PIO? if there is one, can someone please advise what visa it is and what are the requirements?

how did you solve your problem, how did you take your baby India


my L1 b is expired and i have valid i-94, i would like to know what other visa options are there to take USA born baby to travel india
other than PIO card, please update if you have any information.
