We have a 22mth old that we are considering sending to India to live with my parents. She is a US citizen & we have US passport & PIO card already made for her.
I have following questions
1. Assuming the stay is more than 180 days then do we need to register with FRO?
2. Are thee any issues while returning to the USA? I am assuming as long as her passport is valid then they should not care- but just want to double check
Finally any idea if I have to book a ticket for her on airline or she does not need one?( This I can probably confirm from customer service; nut just wanted to check on experience of people on this forum)
