PIO Card for minor together with father renunciation

Hi,
Anybody had been in to this situation. Can I apply a minor's PIO card and my renunciation certificate application together. I am planning to apply for OCI later, hence not applying for PIO now. Due to an upcoming trip, I think a PIO card is better for my daughter, but it requires my renunciation certificate. So can I apply her PIO and my renunciation together in one application ? Anybody been to this situation..
