    OCI/PIO/visa for a child born in USA for L1 extension denied

    My L1 extension got denied a week before my daughter is born. I left USA to India after three weeks(as suggested by my company). My wife and child are in USA. We got her passport and ssn. Now I want to bring them back to India. I want to know if I can apply for PIO or OCI or Visa. Please let me know information on this.
